I get a Short DST fail when I run Seatools For Windows and HD Tune doesn't bring up any results. I am still able to transfer small files from the harddrive to my computer but I seriously have no idea what happens. I plugged the HDD into my computer and it was suddenly slow at looking up files. One day a few weeks ago, I was streaming a movie and suddenly it got very slow streaming, like slow frame to slow frame with no sound.
I reformatted it to FAT so I could play all of my movie files on my Playstation 3. So I purchased a 1TB Toshiba Automatic Backup Portable Hard Drive - Burgundy (PH2100U-1EWR) back in December and it worked great.
